Welcome to my research
Here's where I show what I know about photography. These are the bare bone basics in Photography that every starting out photographers need to know before going out to do a photoshoot.

Aperture: |
Shutterspeed |
Just like the pupil of an eye, the camera has a function that allows for more or less light to come in. Small apertures are best for taking focused backgrounds with clear imaging. Wider apertures are best for taking photos that have a much more blurry background.
Iso
Iso is the sensitivity of the lens, it's the most effective way of getting light into the camera. Can go from a low Iso of 100 to 204,800 (depending on the camera). Though some drawbacks from using a higher Iso, which is something that you don't always see. And that is called noise, which is a photographers term for graininess. Some people don't mind experimenting with Iso, but some others. So if decided to experiment with Iso it's better to plan out if you want to avoid using a high Iso and getting unwanted noise when stretched out. Note: each Iso value is doubled when you scroll down the options.

This is the camera function that allows for a photographer to change the speed of which the lens takes a photo. It can also be used for changing the amount of light that comes in, as it will either take a longer period of time and have more light or be over in less than a second and have less light.
White BalanceWhite Balance is trying to find the truest white for a photo. There are even settings on the camera that allow for different settings to find the truest of whites in any given situation. Though some find that the truest white is sometimes the auto settings.
